Subject : Privacy policy pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679

Pursuant to EU Regulation no. 2016/679 (herein after referred to as “GDPR 2016/679”), containing provisions to protect persons and other subjects with regards to the processing of personal data, we wish to inform you that the personal data that you provide, will be processed in compliance with the afore-cited law.

Processing scopes

The personal data that you provide are necessary to execute the work, supply or purchase of goods or services from our company. In particular, for corporate accounting and administration, to handle payments and collections, to draw up business offers, to protect the credit and for legal protection. With your explicit consent, potentially in electronic form, the data can be also processed to access leasing or loans and for direct marketing.

Processing methods and storage

Processing will take place in automated and/or manual form, in compliance with art. 32 of GDPR 2016/679 concerning safety measures, by subjects suitably appointed and as set forth by art. 29 GDPR 2016/ 679. We inform you that, pursuant to the principle of legality, scope restrictions and data minimization, in accordance to art. 5 GDPR 2016/679, your personal data will be stored for the time required to attain the scopes for which they were collected and processed.

Sphere of communication and diffusion

Moreover, we inform you that the collected data will never be diffused, neither form object of communication without your explicit consent, granted necessary communications that may imply data transfer to public bodies, consultants or other subjects to fulfil legal obligations or for supplies rendered by different subjects.

Your data will not be transferred to member States of the European Union, neither to third non-EU countries.

Particular categories of personal data

Pursuant to art. 9 and 10 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679, you may confer to the company, data referred to as “particular categories of personal data”, meaning those data that reveal the “ racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership to a union, and genetic data, biometric data that identify a physical person univocally, concerning health or sexual life or orientation of the person ”. These data categories can be processed only upon your free and explicit consent, expressed in writing at the bottom of this privacy policy.

Rights of the data subject

Pursuant to art. 15 to 22 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679, you can exercise the following rights at any time:

a) ask confirmation of the existence of your personal data;

b) obtain indication about the processing scopes, categories of personal data, recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data were or will be notified and the storage period, if possible;

c) obtain data rectification and erasure;

d) obtain processing restrictions;

e) obtain data portability, meaning receive them from a data controller in a structured format of common use and legible from an automatic device, and transmit them to another data controller without restrictions;

f) object processing at any time, even in case of processing for direct marketing scopes;

g) Object an automated decision-making process concerning physical persons, including profiling;

h) request to the data controller, access to personal data and rectification or erasure of the same or processing restrictions that concern the data subject or object processing, in addition to the data portability right;

i) revoke the consent at any time without prejudicing the processing legality based on the consent granted prior to revocation;

j) bring forward a claim to a control authority.
